Reventlow built his own sports car, the Scarab, for the 1958 season. The car where pretty good in sports car racing, but a front engined modell stood no chance in F1. Married to Jill St. John & step-son of Cary Grant. His mother where an heir to the Woolworth fortune, died as a passenger in a light aeroplane accident over the Rocky Mountains 1972.
